What is the interpretation of 'Amr ibn Luhayy entering Hellfire, even though he lived in the Pre-Islamic Era (Jahiliyyah) and did not encounter Islam, and you have clarified that whoever did not receive the message will be tested on the Day of Judgment?

A Muslim should occupy himself with what he will be questioned about on the Day of Judgment. Allah Almighty does not wrong anyone. Amr ibn Luhayy deserved the Fire for changing and distorting the religion of Ibrahim. He was the first to change the religion of Ibrahim with polytheism and by forbidding what Allah had not forbidden, as stated in the Hadith that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw him dragging his intestines in the Fire. As for the people of the fatrah (people who lived in an interval between two prophets), they are not all on the same level. Some of them will enter Paradise and some will enter Hell; this depends on their response to the test they will undergo on the Day of Judgment. Whoever obeys will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys will enter Hell.
