What you did by fasting with the country you were in and breaking your fast with the people of the country you traveled to is the more preponderant opinion. If the total days you fasted were 29 days, then there is nothing upon you. If it was 28 days, then you must make up one day.
You must break your fast with the people of the country you arrived in, and any days of fasting that were missed, you should make them up after Eid.
If you are required to make up a day and it was obligatory to make it up before the next , then you must hasten to make it up now. You also owe an expiation (fidya) of feeding one poor person (750 grams) for delaying the make-up without a valid excuse, unless you were ignorant of the impermissibility of the delay, in which case there is nothing upon you.
