Does the narration of 'Imran ibn Husayn in Musnad Ahmad, which mentions "And verily it is a form of mutilation for a man to vow to pierce his nose," not suffice to be cited as evidence for the prohibition of nose piercing, even for adornment, due to the generality of the wording, or at least for its severe detestability, taking into consideration your previous fatwas regarding the ruling on nose piercing for adornment?

This hadith is weak, and even if it were authentic, it would be specific to men. Piercing the nose for a woman is permissible for necessity and adornment, and piercing the ear is also permissible for necessity, and there is no problem with that.
