Is it permissible for someone who combined prayers due to rain or cold to go out of the house for recreation or visits after combining them?

We have previously discussed combining prayers due to rain and cold. The more correct view is that combining them should be in the mosque, not at home. Whoever combines prayers at home due to illness, or combines them in the mosque due to rain or similar reasons, may then go out wherever they wish for any purpose.
