What is the ruling on surgically narrowing a woman's vagina to please her husband, without a birth-related reason?

This procedure, and similar ones that expose major 'awrah (intimate parts) without a valid need or compelling necessity, are not permissible. Pleasing the husband is not a justification for committing this forbidden act.
