Is it permissible for women to undergo cosmetic surgery (vaginal narrowing) if its expansion due to childbirth causes embarrassment during intercourse?

Vaginal tightening surgery is permissible if the motive is medical, such as the vagina mixing with the urinary or fecal outlet, or the fear of that due to muscle weakness, because it is a treatment and removal of a defect. However, if the motive is to increase sexual pleasure, then it is an impermissible cosmetic procedure for the following reasons:

a- It is a change to a customary creation, as the relaxation of vaginal muscles is natural with aging and repeated births.

b- It necessitates exposure to and touching of the severe 'awrah, which incites temptation and weakens modesty, and it is not a medical need or necessity.

c- Serious complications may arise from it, such as the vagina mixing with the urinary or fecal tract, in addition to the usual surgical risks.

d- It incurs exorbitant costs unnecessarily and is considered impermissible extravagance.
