Is it permissible to perform an abortion during the current pregnancy, which is in its fifth week, given that the reasons include the difficulty of raising five children due to the father's disability and his hereditary disease (hemophilia), which could be transmitted to the newborn if it is female, in addition to the mother's health suffering from the pregnancy?

Abortion is forbidden in Islamic law because it is corruption on Earth and destruction of progeny. If it is after the ensoulment, then it is killing a soul. Abortion is permissible in two cases: if the pregnancy poses a danger to the mother's life, as determined by a trustworthy doctor, or if the fetus dies in its mother's womb. Other reasons, such as difficulty in raising children, fear of disease transmission, or hardship experienced by the mother, are not legitimate justifications for abortion in Islamic law.
