Is listening to music during exercise considered an act of obedience or seeking assistance from Satan, or is it merely a sin?

Singing accompanied by musical instruments is among the forbidden acts, and in it lies obedience to Satan and disobedience to Allah. Its status is like that of all sins and acts of disobedience, because committing forbidden acts in general is obedience to Satan. Obedience to Satan means following paths that lead away from the Straight Path, i.e., disobeying Allah’s commands. For "there are only two options: either submission to Allah and yielding to His obedience and commands... or disobedience to Allah and transgression against His commands, which necessitates obedience to Satan." Worshipping Satan means obeying him in all types of disbelief and acts of disobedience.
