Does using creams on the hands or face invalidate Wudu'?

A woman applying cream or similar products, and likewise lip balm, does not invalidate her ablution (wudu) or her fast (sawm). However, during fasting, if these lip balms have a taste, they should not be used in a way that allows their taste to reach the stomach.
