Does the sensation of a creamy, sticky substance remaining after using body wash affect the validity of Wudu', and does it prevent water from reaching the Wudu' organs?

The delivery of water to the skin is a condition for the validity of purification (ablution or ghusl). If the aforementioned creams prevent water from reaching the skin, they must be removed for purification to be valid. However, if they are merely a color or a trace that does not prevent water from reaching the skin, then the purification is valid with their presence. If they prevent water from reaching the skin and cannot be removed, then their use is impermissible.
