Is it permissible for a man to recant his intention to divorce his wife, after she repeatedly engages in anal sex, given that he said "she is divorced" each time the act recurred, especially since he did not utter an explicit oath, and he fears the recurrence of this sin, knowing that divorce will break up his family?

"Intercourse with one's wife in her anus is forbidden, and the one who commits it is cursed. Its expiation is sincere repentance. If someone made his wife's divorce conditional upon this act, then the wife is divorced when it occurs. Some scholars are of the view that if he did not intend divorce, then he must offer expiation for an oath. This condition cannot be revoked."
