Did the women know God and believe in Him, even to the extent that they said, "God forbid! This is no human being"?

It appears that the Copts during Joseph's time were disbelievers, and this is indicated by Joseph's (peace be upon him) statement: "And I have followed the religion of my fathers, Abraham and Isaac and Jacob. It was not for us to associate anything with Allah..." until His saying: "...Legislation is not but for Allah. He has commanded that you worship none but Him." As for the women's statement, "Allah forbid," it does not indicate their monotheism, because many disbelievers had knowledge of Allah and some belief in His Lordship, as in His (the Most High) saying: "And if you asked them who created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon, they would surely say, 'Allah.' So how are they deluded?"
