Is the حدّ of zina established upon a woman who practiced lesbianism with another woman and inserted her large clitoris into her partner's vulva?

Lesbianism is forbidden by scholarly consensus, and one must repent from it. Ibn Hajar considered it a grave sin. It does not entail the prescribed punishment for adultery, but rather a discretionary punishment determined by the Muslim ruler.
