Is a husband justified in refusing his wife's partnership in his business project on the grounds that it would alter the distribution of inheritance in the event of his death?

There is no religious impediment to a wife participating with her husband in trade. Moreover, it is permissible for a husband to gift all his wealth to his wife. Similarly, he may give her as much of his wealth as he wishes while he is in good health and sound mind, even if he gives nothing to his children. However, justice should be observed if he has another wife.
