Is a working wife entitled to own a share of the properties she helped create with her husband thanks to her salary?

If a wife spends from her own money with the intention of being reimbursed or partnering with her husband, she has the right to claim it back or her share in the properties where the money was invested. A judgment will be issued in her favor after she swears an oath that she did not spend the money with the intention of a pure gift. As for a gift, whoever gives money is not allowed to retract it once the recipient has taken possession of it, unless some scholars hold the view that a woman may retract her gift to her husband if there is an indication that she did not give it wholeheartedly, or absolutely, as narrated in one account from Ahmad.
