The of Wudu' is legislated due to the of Bilal, may Allah be pleased with him. And for the one who performs Wudu' before Maghrib, it is permissible to delay the Sunnah of Wudu' until after the Maghrib to combine it with the voluntary prayer legislated between the Adhan and the Iqama, or with the greeting of the mosque.
