What is the ruling on spending money earned from renting out a shop that sells satellite dishes on a sick father for his treatment?

If the tenant of the shop sells satellite dishes to those who predominantly use them for permissible purposes, then the money obtained from the rent is lawful. However, if he sells satellite dishes to those who predominantly use them for unlawful purposes, then the contract must be terminated, and the money disposed of, along with repentance. If you are in need of the money, it is permissible to take from it according to your need and dispose of the remainder.
