How can a person who is weak, in a time when rights are seized by force, confront those who harm him, and is his action considered cowardice or does it align with the teachings of the religion, and is Islam a religion for the strong only?

O questioner, you are strong by Allah if you seek His help and rely upon Him. Remember that if the entire nation were to gather to benefit you or harm you, nothing would afflict you except what Allah has decreed for you or against you. The correct stance towards evil people depends on considering the consequences of matters and weighing between benefits and harms. Enduring harm may be wise, and deterring an oppressor may be an obligation when one has the ability. Islam embraces the weak and the strong, and the strong believer is more beloved to Allah.
