Is the use of a topical cream made from natural herbs to delay ejaculation permissible in Islamic law?

It is permissible to use the aforementioned medicine if it does not cause harm and if its composition does not contain anything prohibited. This is because premature ejaculation is considered an illness that detracts from the good conjugal relations enjoined by Islamic law. It should be treated and medicated, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Seek treatment, O servants of Allah, for Allah has not created a disease except that He has also created its cure."
