Does divorce occur when a husband says "You are divorced" during a severe argument and extreme anger, and then affirms that he was not aware of what he was saying and did not intend divorce?

The husband's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," is considered an explicit divorce that takes effect even if the husband did not intend it. Anger does not prevent the divorce from occurring unless the husband completely loses his consciousness and awareness, because an angry person is held accountable during his anger unless he loses consciousness. The matter should be referred to the Sharia (definition) court, and one should be wary of anger, especially since anger is one of the devil's most powerful weapons.
