Is the Hadith: "I am Allah, there is no god but I. If I am pleased, I bless, and there is no end to My blessing. And if I am angry, I curse, and My curse reaches the seventh generation of offspring" authentic?

This phrase is not a Prophetic Hadith. Rather, it was narrated from Wahb ibn Munabbih with similar wordings, and in some narrations, it was attributed to the Torah, while in others, it was mentioned as something revealed to Uzair.
