What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a husband saying to his wife: "You are divorced with three pronouncements of divorce until the Day of Judgment," three times, and is this considered an irrevocable triple divorce?

If a husband says to his wife: "You are divorced three times until the Day of Judgment," then the view of the majority, including the four Madhhabs, is that this is an irrevocable divorce (طلاق بائن) from which there is no return. The wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another husband, he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her. However, Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds that it is a single divorce, and the husband may take her back if he had not divorced her twice before this utterance, provided it is before the expiration of her waiting period (iddah).
