Is it permissible for the woman offering a sacrifice (al-mudhahhiyah) to use a hair dryer, knowing that it causes some of her hair to fall out?

It is not permissible for one who intends to offer a sacrifice (Udhiyah) to remove anything from their hair, nails, or skin after the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah until they have sacrificed. As for combing the hair, it is permissible gently, especially for women, as long as it does not intentionally cut the hair or lead to its deliberate falling due to handling. If dead hair falls or is cut unintentionally, there is no sin. However, intentionally cutting hair or having a strong presumption that it will fall is not permissible.
