Is it obligatory for a woman who intends to offer a sacrifice (Udhiyah) to refrain from cutting her hair or nails?

If a woman intends to offer a sacrifice, she is required to refrain from taking from her skin, nails, and hair, just like a man. This is due to the generality of the hadith: "When you see the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah, and any one of you intends to offer a sacrifice, he must refrain from [cutting] his hair and nails."
