Does a husband's request to his wife to swear on the Qur'an that she will not harm him and his mother, due to his suspicion of witchcraft or poison, render her unlawful to him?

A husband making his wife swear an oath on the Quran due to his suspicion that she has enchanted him does not affect the validity of the marriage, nor does it make her unlawful to him. If the wife breaks her oath, an expiation for breaking an oath becomes obligatory upon her. She must live with her husband in kindness and treat his family well. It is not permissible for the husband to mistreat her or accuse her without clear evidence.
