The answer

The prescribed remembrances (adhkar) after prayer are performed after every obligatory prayer. If the missed prayers are few, it is prescribed to perform the adhkar after each prayer. However, if the missed prayers are numerous, the Muslim should occupy himself with making them up and is not required to perform the adhkar. If the missed prayers were few and one performed the remembrance after the last one, that remembrance is only for that last prayer. When combining two prayers, some scholars hold the view that one remembrance is sufficient for both, because the two prayers become like a single prayer.
