Is it permissible for a mother to give the zakat of her wealth and the fidyah for her fasting to her married and poor daughter whose husband is not well-off?

It is not permissible to give expiations (kaffarat) and Zakat to those whose maintenance is obligatory upon the giver, so that a person does not waive two rights with one sum of money. As for the married daughter, her maintenance is the responsibility of her husband. However, if he is in financial difficulty, it is permissible to give her Zakat and expiations.
