Does a triple divorce occur if a man utters it, and repeats "you are forbidden to me" in a moment of anger?

The majority of jurists, including the four Imams, hold that divorcing with the triple pronouncement (talaq al-thalath) effectuates three divorces, after which the wife is not permissible for her husband unless she marries another man and genuinely consummates the marriage with him, and then he divorces her. As for a man saying to his wife, "You are unlawful for me (anti alayya haram)," the preponderant opinion is to refer to the speaker's intention. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts for such matters.
