Does the deceased wife feel her husband's sorrow over her in this worldly life, and what is her state like?

The issue of the dead hearing and sensing the conditions of the living is among the unseen matters that should not be delved into except by revelation. Knowledge of this does not benefit, and ignorance of it does not harm. A Muslim should occupy himself with what brings him closer to Allah and distances him from His wrath.
