Is it obligatory for one who holds the view that the transitional takbirs are mandatory to repeat the takbir if he began it before descending for ruku' and completed it upon reaching the position?

"Based on the opinion that the takbirat al-intiqal (transition takbirat) are obligatory: if the worshipper begins the takbir before descending for ruku' (bowing) and completes it upon reaching ruku', the Hanbali school holds that it is not sufficient. However, Al-Mardawi and Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymin corrected this view, stating that it is sufficient. Therefore, your prayer is valid, and there is nothing against you."
