Is it permissible to leave the bed and covers unwashed from semen due to the impurity being a conditional ruling and the difficulty of washing, taking into consideration the saying of Imam Malik regarding the non-transference of the ruling, and are my prayers valid with the same clothes I was sitting in?

Scholars have differed regarding the purity and impurity of semen. The Shāfi‘īs and Hanbalīs preponderated its purity, and this view is the strongest in terms of evidence. As for the view that semen is impure, if semen dries on a bed and a person then sits on it, it does not become impure unless there is wetness in the semen or the bed. Impurity does not transfer between two dry things. The Mālikīs hold that removing the substance of impurity with something other than pure water does not cause what comes into contact with its place to become impure, even with wetness.
