What is the ruling on learning and working with "vocal مقامات (Maqamat) in the Holy Qur’an," and is it found in books of Tajwid, or is it an innovation?

In the Holy Quran and its sciences, there is nothing called "maqamat al-sawtiyah" (vocal مقامات), and it has no relation to Tajwid. Rather, it is an innovation that originated in the embrace of singers. A Muslim should avoid it and recite the Book of Allah as it was revealed, in a slow, rhythmic tone, as Allah Almighty says: "And recite the Quran with a measured recitation" (Al-Muzzammil: 4) and "And We have recited it in a slow, rhythmic tone" (Al-Furqan: 32).
