If a man's attendance at the Friday prayer harms the worshippers and causes them distress, then he should not attend it, and there is no sin upon him for staying away until Allah cures him. This is because his condition is an excuse that permits him to miss the Friday prayer, due to the harm and disturbance it causes people. The fundamental principle is to protect mosques and keep them free from anything that causes harm.
