Should one answer "yes" or "no" to Allah's saying: "Is the reward of excellence other than excellence?" taking into account Al-Jalalayn's interpretation that "Is" here means "There is not"?

The word "هل" (hal) in the verse (Is the reward of goodness anything but goodness?) means "ما" (ma) of negation, i.e., "The reward of goodness is nothing but goodness." As 'Ikrimah said: "The reward of one who says 'There is no god but Allah' is nothing but Paradise." And Ibn 'Abbas said: "The reward of one who says 'There is no god but Allah' and acts according to what Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) brought is nothing but Paradise." When answering the question with "نعم" (na'am - yes), it is an affirmation of the interrogative and a confirmation of its content, meaning: "Yes, the reward of goodness is nothing but goodness."
