What is the interpretation of verse (24) from Surah An-Nisa, and what is meant by His — the Exalted’s — saying: "And [prohibited are] all married women except those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful for you are [all others] beyond these, provided that you seek them with [ ваших] wealth, [in a manner] of chastity"?

"Al-Muhsanat" refers to married women. It specifically means captive married women who were taken from the battlefield and became permissible through captivity for whoever captured them. The phrase "except what your right hands possess" includes both marriage and purchase. "The decree of Allah upon you" means that the prohibition of these women is an obligation from Allah. "And lawful for you are what is beyond that" does not mean that the prohibition is limited to what has been mentioned, but rather it includes what the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, forbade, such as combining a woman with her paternal aunt or maternal aunt. "That you seek them with your wealth" means seeking women through marriage or purchase, "desiring chastity, not committing unlawful sexual intercourse," meaning seeking purity, not adultery. "So for whatever you have enjoyed from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation" means paying the full dowry after enjoying sexual intercourse in a valid marriage. "And there is no blame upon you for what you agree upon beyond the obligation" means it is permissible to agree upon an increase or decrease in the dowry after it has been stipulated, or for the woman to absolve the man of the dowry, or for the man to pay the full dowry if he divorces before consummation. "Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise" means that Allah is Knowing of His actions and Wise in His judgments.
