What is the ruling on a husband accusing his wife, after 13 years of marriage, of not having been a virgin, while the wife knows of her innocence?

Scholars have differed on whether the Hadd punishment for slander is established through innuendo and euphemisms. If the husband intended by this to accuse his wife of indecency, then he has committed a great sin. If he intended to harm her, then he is also sinful, and the sin increases if he was lying.
