What is the ruling on a drop of blood coming down every two days throughout the month, and is it necessary to perform ghusl before every prayer, or is wudu sufficient?

The minimum duration for menstruation, according to the majority of scholars, is one day and one night. Therefore, a single drop every two days is not considered menstruation and does not prohibit prayer or fasting. Istinja' (purification with water) must be performed for these drops before ablution for prayer if their discharge coincides with prayer time.
