Do the two verses "Let the people of the the Gospel judge by what God has revealed therein" and "How can they make you a judge when they have the Torah, in which is God's judgment?" indicate that the Torah had not been textually corrupted at the time of the Prophet's mission?

The verse, "And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein," is a command for the People of the Gospel to judge by what is contained within it, which includes proofs of the prophethood of Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. If they do not believe in him, then they have not judged by what Allah has revealed. After his advent, they were commanded to act upon the Qur'an, which abrogates the previously revealed scriptures. What is being discussed in the two verses is Allah's revealed judgment, not any distortion found within them. The two verses do not negate the distortion that has been established by other evidence.
