The gold given to the wife has two possibilities: either it is a gift, in which case it is divided among her heirs, or it is a loan, in which case it remains the property of the husband. As for the land that was fictitiously registered in the wife's name, it belongs to the husband and is not part of the wife's estate. In case of dispute, the matter is to be settled by the judiciary or by arbitration from people of knowledge and religion.
