Does the gold a husband bought for his wife for her adornment, and the land a husband bought in his wife's name, become a legitimate inheritance to be distributed among the legal heirs after the wife's death, or do they rightfully revert to the husband?

The gold given to the wife has two possibilities: either it is a gift, in which case it is divided among her heirs, or it is a loan, in which case it remains the property of the husband. As for the land that was fictitiously registered in the wife's name, it belongs to the husband and is not part of the wife's estate. In case of dispute, the matter is to be settled by the Sharia judiciary or by arbitration from people of knowledge and religion.
