Is it permissible to take out a loan using the Murabaha system from a bank to buy a car, and then sell it to cover the costs of marriage, in light of the absence of other alternatives to avoid falling into temptation?

Purchasing a car through a bank requires two conditions: that the car be owned by the bank and that the bank take possession of it before selling it to you; otherwise, the transaction is prohibited. As for selling the car to obtain money (Tawarruq), it is permissible according to the majority of scholars, provided that you sell it to someone other than the one from whom you bought it. If both transactions adhere to the aforementioned conditions, there is no harm in that.
