Does a divorce occur if the groom says "You are divorced" on the day of the marriage contract, knowing that he was joking and the contract was not administratively ثبت (ratified/registered) on the same day?

Joking in divorce and marriage is forbidden. If a husband jokes about divorce, his divorce takes effect, as held by the majority of scholars. If a man divorces his wife before consummation, she is entitled to half of the dowry stipulated in the contract, and she has no waiting period ('idda). Consequently, he does not have the right to take her back. If he wishes to return her to his marriage, it requires a new contract with a new dowry, a guardian (wali), and two witnesses, with her consent, while accounting for the first divorce.
