What is the ruling on a small amount of defecation (spotting) during bathing?

Feces are a severe impurity from which there is no pardon according to most scholars. The Hanafis, however, hold that a dirham's worth is pardoned, which is equivalent to the weight of a mithqal for thick impurities. Its discharge during ghusl (ritual bath) does not invalidate the ghusl, and what has been discharged is easy to purify.
