Is a small amount of impurity on the body, such as pre-seminal fluid that gets on the thigh, forgiven, just as it is forgiven on clothes?

The jurists have differed regarding the amount of impurity that is excused. The Hanafis hold that madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is a severe impurity, and a small amount of it is excused on clothes and the body if it does not exceed the size of a dirham. As for the Malikis, they do not consider a small amount of madhy to be excused. Therefore, it is advised to strive in guarding oneself from madhy and purifying the body from it, even if it is a small amount, out of caution and to absolve oneself.
