Is mathi (pre-ejaculate) pure, and if it gets on clothing, does it not defile it, and is it necessary to repeat ablution and wipe off whatever of it has touched the body?

The jurists have agreed upon the impurity of "madhy" (pre-seminal fluid), based on the command to wash the male organ from it in the agreed-upon Hadith narrated from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "For it, ablution (wudu') is required." And in a narration by Muslim: "He washes his male organ and performs ablution." It is obligatory to purify clothes and body parts that have been afflicted by madhy. As for "mani" (seminal fluid), what has afflicted the body or clothes from it should be wiped away, based on the opinion of its purity, which is the most preponderant view. However, ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory because of it.
