What is the ruling regarding daily Madhy (pre-seminal fluid) droplets that cause hardship in washing clothes and transferring impurity when they come into contact with wet clothes, and is a small amount of impurity pardoned if it gets on wet clothes?

"Madhī" (pre-seminal fluid) is impure (najis) and invalidates ablution (wudoo’). If it touches clothes or the body, the contaminated area must be washed, regardless of whether the garment is dry or wet.

As for the opinion that a small amount of impurity, if it mixes with a liquid until it exceeds the excusable amount, must then be removed, this is an opinion held by some Malikis. However, the prevalent view among the Malikis is that the excusability of a small amount of impurity is specific only to blood, pus, and discharge, and does not include madhī or other impurities.
