Is it permissible to adopt the Hanafi madhhab's view on pardoning some impurities, and apply that to the ritual purity of the male organ and clothes from urine and semen, and to consider the water that splashes onto clothes from the bathroom as pure?

The attribution to the Hanafis that human urine is excused if it soils one-third of the clothing is incorrect. The excusal of up to one-fourth applies to minor impurities (najāsa mukhaffafa), not grave ones (najāsa mughallaẓa). Human urine is a grave impurity, and anything exceeding the size of a dirham is not excused. A dirham, for liquid impurity, is equivalent to the palm's width, and for solid impurity, it is the weight of a dirham. According to them, prayer is not valid if urine, even a small amount, exits, as it nullifies ablution (wuḍūʾ). Water splashed from the toilet, or urine and semen, are impure, but an amount not exceeding a dirham is excused.
