Is a website programmer sinful if a non-Muslim uses his services to propagate what violates Sharia, or if a Muslim uses them for matters that violate it? Is it permissible to program a social networking site that restricts communication based on gender, or to program a game that includes messages, 3D images, the concept of looting, and prizes? Is it permissible to accept a female’s assistance in the project, and is using the feature of tracking and recording visitor movements considered espionage?

There is no sin upon you if someone exploits an Islamic or beneficial platform that you established for a permissible purpose, using it for forbidden matters. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." However, if you can control what is published on it, then it is not permissible to allow the publication of forbidden content; otherwise, you would be sinful.

There is no objection to creating a social media platform that can be controlled to prevent forbidden communication, nor to programming games, as long as they do not include forbidden elements or deviant ideas.

It is permissible for women to participate in work unless it leads to a religiously forbidden consequence.

There is no objection to tracking visitor steps to prevent them from engaging in forbidden acts or to provide services, provided that they are informed beforehand, so that it does not fall under forbidden espionage.
