What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "A piece of me will be buried in the land of Khurasan; no believer visits it except that Allah guarantees him Paradise and forbids his body from the Fire"?

The aforementioned report is baseless and fabricated. It is unknown to the Sunnis; rather, it is known to the Rafidah, people of deviation and misguidance, who are known for their falsehoods. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah emphasized that "the Rafidah are the most mendacious sects of the Ummah, absolutely."

This report was transmitted by Ibn Babawayh al-Qummi, a Rafidi, with a corrupt and weak chain of narration. "Muhammad ibn Zakariya" is accused of fabricating Hadith, and "Ja'far ibn Muhammad" and his father are unknown. Al-Amili also narrated it in "Wasa'il al-Shi'a" with another chain that includes "Jabir ibn Yazid al-Ju'fi," who is a mendacious Rafidi.

This Hadith is false, and it is not permissible to narrate it except to expose its nature. Even regarding visiting the grave of the Prophet, peace be upon him, no authentic Hadith has been established concerning its فضائل (virtues), so how can it be for the graves of others?
