What is the share of each heir from the deceased's inheritance, in the case of leaving behind: one daughter, three paternal half-brothers, in addition to two paternal half-brothers who have been missing for 45 and 50 years?

If the deceased left only a daughter and missing full brothers, and three paternal half-brothers, then the daughter receives one half as her prescribed share. As for the missing brothers, their share is held in abeyance until the judiciary rules on their death. If the presence of the missing persons diminishes the shares of the other heirs, then each heir is given their certain share, and the remainder is withheld until the matter of the missing person becomes clear. However, if the missing persons completely disinherit the remaining heirs, then the entire inheritance is withheld. The waiting period for this is determined by the discretion of the ruler. If the ruler rules that the missing persons died before the death of the deceased, then they receive nothing, and the remainder, after the daughter's share, is divided among the three existing paternal half-brothers.
