What is the ruling on swearing by "the dearness of our Lord" (ghalawat Rabbina)?

The permissible oath is to swear by Allah the Almighty or by an attribute of His, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever takes an oath, let him swear by Allah or remain silent." It is not permissible to swear by other than Allah and His attributes. Therefore, the phrase mentioned ("wa hurmat Allah" - by the sanctity of Allah) is not permissible to swear by, because it does not refer to an attribute of Allah, but rather to the servant's love for Allah and glorification of Him, which are actions of the servant. Similarly, "haqq Allah" (the right of Allah) is not considered an oath according to Abu Hanifa and Muhammad.
